A federal US Court has denied the appeal of Islamic organization “Holy-Land’ whose activity was prevented due to funds being channeled to Hamas.
Organization members claim they had no fair trial, and say that anonymous Israeli witnesses incriminated them in an unconstitutional manner.
The Bush administration closed ‘Holy-Land’, the largest Islamic charity organization in the US, after the bombing of the WTC in 2001.
