Monday marks the start of Supermarket magnate Rami Levy's "virtual" cellular telephone service. The service is based on existing infrastructure.

Rami Levy Communications' service features a 15-shekel-a-month service charge with no minimum committment, a 20 agorot-a-minute charge for calls and a 15-agorot charge for SMS messages.
