Two masked robbers stopped the driver of a van at gunpoint Wednesday near Arara, a mostly Arab city in northern Israel. The robbers had blocked the path of a commercial vehicle and then stole money and cigarettes, said to be worth thousands of shekels. The robbers then fled the scene.
