Bahrain’s king dismissed the country’s security chief on Monday, in light of the findings of an investigation which found that human rights were violated during demonstrations in the country earlier this year.
During the demonstrations, the Shiites, who constitute 90% of the population, demonstrated against the rule of the Sunni royal family.
