Livni: PM's Words Cast Doubt on Committment to Interns

Opposition Leader Tzipi Livni criticized Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu, Sunday, for words attributed to him that working conditions for medical specialists is not terrible and that Israel can always import doctors from India.

Referring to the residents during a dialogue with students at Sapir College, next to Sderot, the Kadima party chairwoman said, "This is not a small sectorial group or workers' committee. They represent an essential question - Does this government see itself committed to youth here or is the whole story to bring people in from here or there? Netanyahu's answer casts a serious doubt on his commitment toward them."
