A career soldier from the Jezreel Valley village of Manshiya Zabada faces a remand hearing, Tuesday, following his arrest on suspicion of firing his M-16 machine gun into the air, Saturday night, to celebrate a visit by his relatives.

The weapon was seized and the Israel Defense Forces were informed. People have been killed or wounded as a result of celebratory fire.
