The Coordinating and Executive Committee of the Histadrut Labor Federation declared a work dispute, Monday morning, at the HOT Telecommunications company.

The declaration followed management's refusal to recognize the union as a representative on the employee council. The union claims management is trying to harm organization efforts by the employees.
