Egyptian authorities have arrested and charged Muhammad Ayad At-Tihi in connection with the attack on Israel's border, near Eilat, in August, according to a Sunday-evening report by Channel 2 television, which says they accused him of belonging to a Sinai terror group associated with Al-Qaeda. Eight people, including police and soldiers, were killed in the attacks.
