Eulogies are scheduled to be delivered Friday morning at 10:00 in the southern Hevron Hills community of Otniel for Rabbi Dan Mertzbach, who was accidentally shot by an Israeli soldier in the pre-dawn hours near the Kvasim Junction of Highway 60, while en route to Hevron. Rabbi Mertzbach will be laid to rest at 11:00 on the Mount of Olives in Jerusalem.
