Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu has ordered his ministers not to respond to a report from the International Atomic Energy Agency indicating that Iran is developing nuclear weapons.

The report is seen as confirming Israel’s warnings that Iran continued nuclear weapons research after claiming to have stopped in 2003.
