Iran is working to develop a nuclear weapon, and has been since 2003, the International Atomic Energy Agency said in a report released Tuesday. The report has been given to the 35 states belonging to the IAEA Board of Governors.
The IAEA report may lead to tighter sanctions on Iran. Iranian leaders have thus far denied trying to create nuclear weapons.
