Infiltration Attempt at Talmon

Authorities are looking for someone who may have infiltrated the Binyamin-region Jewish community of Talmon, after midnight, Tuesday morning. A break was detected in the community's security fence, setting off an alert, during which residents were instructed to stay in their homes.

Talmon's first-response team, assisted by the Israel Defense Forces, undertook a search of the community, during which they saw a suspicious figure flee the area outside the break in the fence. The alert was gradually minimized as further searches turned up nothing, according to the Tatzpit documentary arm of the Legal Forum for the Land of Israel, which says forces continued the search at dawn inside the community to be sure there were not intruders, and outside to trace the escape of the suspicious figure who was seen in the middle of the night.
