Dr. Ephraim Kam, deputy director of the Institute for National Security Studies, said on Monday that the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) report on Iran’s nuclear program is likely to have important implications, particularly on Russia and China. Kam told Arutz Sheva that the report will be more severe than previous ones, since up until now the IAEA has been careful about saying anything explicit about the military aspects associated with the Iranian nuclear program. Now, however, things are much clearer, he said.
