U.S. Secretary of State, Hillary Clinton, reiterated on Monday her country’s position that only negotiations between Israel and the Palestinian Authority can lead to the establishment of a Palestinian state.
In a talk she gave on the Arab Spring protests, Clinton said, “The deadlock in the Israeli-Arab conflict is another situation of a status quo in the Middle East that is not tolerable.”
