The Supreme Court ruled, Sunday, that severely-disabled veterans who run businesses are exempt from municipal taxes, as long as they pay make their advanced payments on national taxes.

The precedent-setting ruling came in an appeal of a Nazareth District-Court ruling that the exemption only applied on property that served as a residence and a business.
