Prosor: UN Must Condemn Rocket Attacks

In the wake of this weekend's missile barrage on Israel by Gaza Arab terrorists, Israel's ambassador to the UN, Ron Prosor, wrote to UN Secretary General Ban Ki-Moon asking him to “take immediate action against these attacks, if the UN seeks to prevent further escalation.” He asked Ban to “unconditionally condemn the terror acts” that are aimed against innocent civilians in Israel's south.

“The UN must speak up clearly and work against the rising violence coming from Gaza,” Prosor wrote. “Every missile, rocket and mortar shell fired at Israel is another violation of international law that must be dealt with,” he added.
