The IDF confirmed that two rockets were fired at Ashdod and Gan Yavne on Saturday.

An alarm was also sounded earlier in Gedera and Kiryat Malakhi. 

A short while earlier, security officials in the vicinity surrounding the Hamas-controlled Gaza region instructed local residents to remain near fortified areas for fire of reprisals from Gaza following an IDF attack earlier in the day.
