On Sunday, the government will discuss the establishment of 10 new towns to be founded on the outskirts of the northern Negev city of Arad, on an area of 44,479 acres. The possibility of building employment sources, tourist attractions, roads and infrastructures will also be addressed.

The Society for the Protection of Nature requested the government not establish new towns, rather add construction to existing ones.
