Venezuelan President Hugo Chavez announced that he does not recognize the new Libyan government and that he expects that country to experience further warfare.
Chavez condemned the murder of Muammar Qaddafi as well, adding, “ We do not recognize a government established in Libya by the NATO Alliance through the employment of bombs, genocide and other attacks."
