The Yad Vashem Holocaust memorial project in Jerusalem began a special two-week course Tuesday for 30 educators from China. The course will include in-depth Holocaust studies and guidance on teaching youth about the Holocaust.
Several experts in history and Holocaust education will address the group; the educators will also tour the Yad Vashem museum and will speak to Holocaust survivors. When the course ends, they will return to China and teach students there about the Holocaust.
