The two men who ran over and killed Lee Zeitouni in Tel Aviv last month and then fled to France are considering turning themselves into Israeli police, it was reported on Sunday.
The two have reportedly contacted an Israeli lawyer and asked him to contact the Israeli State Attorney’s Office, to see if they can reach a plea bargain.
