Japanese Minister for Disaster Management Tatuso Hirano is hosting Matan Vilnai, Israel's Minister for Home Front Defense. Vilnai is scheduled to sign a cooperation agreement that will deal with emergency rescue and relief. Vilnai will visit damaged areas of Japan and discuss how the two countries can learn from each others experiences in disaster relief.
