Three buses, carrying 117 prisoners from the Opher Prison, north of Jerusalem, were redirected via Ramallah, Tuesday morning, when disturbances broke out at the nearby Bitunia Crossing, where the prisoners were supposed to be returned to the Palestinian Authority. Dozens of Arabs threw stones at security forces, who responded with riot-control measures.
