The Israel Defense Forces confirmed Gilad Shalit's presence in Egypt, Tuesday morning, clearing the way for the next phase of his return home after 64 months as a captive of Hamas and its allies, including his imminent arrival at the Kerem Shalom crossing between Egypt and Israel.
