Spokesman Abu-Mujahad of the Popular Resistance Committees denied, Tuesday morning, that Israeli soldier Gilad Shalit was in the hands of Egyptian authorities.

It was reported earlier that Hamas and Egypt had announced Shalit had been turned over to Egypt.
