Turkey claims that it has not made a final decision on taking a number of prisoners deported from Israel in the deal for the release of Gilad Shalit, according to the Turkish newspaper Hurriyet.

According to the newspaper, the decision to absorb the deportees awaits the approval of Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdoğan.
