The French Ambassador to Israel, Christophe Bigot, will submit a letter to the Shalit family on Tuesday. The letter, from French President Nicholas Sarkozy, is directed at Gilad Shalit, who is expected to arrive home to his family's house in Mitzpe Hila Tuesday, after Israel releases over 1,000 terrorists.
Bigot will arrive at the Shalit's home Tuesday morning, a short time before Gilad is expected to be turned over to Israeli hands. Gilad Shalit is a dual Israeli-French citizen.
