The Jerusalem Magistrates Court rejected, Monday, a petition by bereaved families to delay the departure from Israel of five terrorists on the list of 1,027 to be released in the deal to free abducted soldier Gilad Shalit.

Judge Dorit Feinstein said there was no reason to issue an order to delay the terrorists' departure.
