Mayor Ron Huldai of Tel Aviv-Yafo had harsh words, Friday morning, for the man who confessed to defacing the memorial to assassinated prime minister Yitzchak Rabin in Tel Aviv, Thursday evening.

Huldai said, "The hands that permitted themselves to harm the people of Israel's sacred and important things should be cut off."
