The IDF implemented a general closure in the Judea and Samaria region as of Thursday at 11:59 p.m. (Israel time). The closure will be lifted after the conclusion of Yom Kippur, on Saturday night at 11:59 p.m. (Israel time), in accordance with a security assessment.
The closure was implemented in accordance with the decision made by the Defense Minister and as part of the security measures adopted by the defense establishment. For the duration of the closure, persons in need of medical attention will be permitted to pass to receive care. The passage of humanitarian aid, as well as doctors and medical personnel will be authorized by the District Coordination and Liaison offices.
