Police extended the remand, Thursday, of eight residents of the Galilee village of Tuba Zangariya, who were arrested as a result of disturbances that followed Sunday evening's torching of the village mosque.

A man suspected of shooting at a woman, Wednesday evening, was ordered held until Monday. Three suspected rioters were ordered held until Sunday and four others were ordered held until Sunday.
