Student groups have sent an urgent request to government ministers not to fully approve the Trachtenberg Commission's report, a report in Globes said Sunday. According to the report, student groups claim that they have thoroughly analyzed the report and that it needs much work – and they have asked the Prime Minister and Finance Minister not to seek approval for the report until the necessary corrections are made.

A letter by student groups to Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu claims that “there is a vast gulf between the wide vision the report claims, and the very limited recommendations that are included for the heads of subcommittees to enact.”
