Management of Israel Railways told the National Labor Court, Tuesday, that it will not negotiate with the workers on outsourcing maintenance of locomotives and cars to their manufacturer.

The statement rejected the outline of negotiations proposed by the court, which also included cancelling the suspensions of employees who prevented Sunday's scheduled opening of the line between Rishon Letzion and Tel Aviv.
