Justice Uzi Fogelman of the Supreme Court ruled, on Sunday, that social protest tents in Tel Aviv must be allowed to remain in place until after the Jewish New Year of Rosh Hashanah, which starts Wednesday evening.
Responding to a petition by protest organizers, Judge Fogelman based his ruling on an agreement in place between the municipality and the protesters.
