Eli Reifman: Four Years and Compensate Victims

The Tel Aviv District Court sentenced businessman Eli Reifman, Tuesday, to four years in prison for his conviction, in July, on charges of aggravated fraud, forgery and use of forged documents.

The founder and former chairman of the Emblaze, Ltd. hi-tech company was ordered to repay $6.3 million dollars in loans he received from foreign investment companies on the basis of claims that he owned millions of shares in Emblaze stock.
