Jerusalem Light Rail Back on Schedule

The Jerusalem light-rail system returned to a train every 12 minutes Thursday afternoon, after operating at a frequency of once every half hour for more than 10 hours.

A light-rail official said the reduced schedule was due to a bureacratic malfunction which left the system with only 12 licensed engineers. When more licenses reached franchise holder Citipass, the company was able to put more trains in service.
