The young Israeli man killed in an accident in northern India has been identified as Yossi Shapir of Kibbutz Gvulot in the Negev. Shapir was killed when his motorcycle overturned for reasons that remain unclear.
He was on a brief tour of India after completing his army service with the IDF's canine unit, Oketz.
