Six of Seven Migron Detainees Released

Six of the seven people arrested during confrontations with troops in the Binyamin-region Jewish community of Migron, early Monday morning, were released later in the morning, according to the Honenu legal-aid organization. The detainees were taken to Samaria-Judea police headquarters next to Ma'aleh Adumim, east of Jerusalem, where they were released on condition that they stay away from Migron for two weeks.

One of the detainees will remain in custody and be brought to the Jerusalem Magistrates Court, where she will be represented by Honenu. The organization is gearing up for demonstrations in protest of the destruction of homes in Migron, saying that anyone who is arrested or detained for questioning in connection with nationalist activity should call its 24-hour hotline: 15-99-30-40-20.
