The Tel Aviv District Court convicted former senior Tax Authority official David Vanunu on two counts of taking bribes, tax violations, conspiracy and obstruction of justice in a case involving impresario Yochai Ya'ish.

Vanunu was cleared of a number of charges in the original indictment.
