Rebels: We'll Demand Qaddafis' Extradition

The new leaders of Libya, members of the National Transitional Council, said that they would demand the extradition of members of the Qaddafi family from Algeria, if they were indeed taking refuge there. “We have promised to provide a just trial to all those criminals and therefore we consider this an act of aggression,” a spokesperson for the rebel council said.

"We consider what Algeria did as an act of aggression against the ambitions of the Libyan people," the spokesperson added.. "We will take the necessary measures in light of this. We will ask for their extradition."
