A mortar shell was fired by Gaza Arab terrorists at a kibbutz in the Sdot Negev regional council on Friday night, a day after a new ceasefire came into effect. The shell fell in an open area, and no injuries or damage were reported.

A Kassam rocket fell earlier Friday in an open area of the Ashkelon regional council. No injuries or damage were reported in that attack either.
