Defense Minister Ehud Barak is going to agree to Egypt deploying thousands of troops in Sinai, according to a report appearing Friday on the internet site of London's Economist. The report says Barak has the backing of Prime Minister, Binyamin Netanyahu, against the backdrop of the wave of terror that started August 18th with attacks on the Sinai border, just north of Eilat, in which eight Israelis were killed.
