Foreign Reporters Freed in Libya

More than 30 foreign journalists who had been imprisoned in a Tripoli hotel were freed Wednesday. The reporters were confined by supporters of embattled dictator Muammar Qaddafi.

Those imprisoned included senior staff at international news networks CNN, BBC and Al-Jazeera. They were released following Red Cross intervention.
