The Yisrael Sheli group has put out a new video calling on former security and intelligence leaders to stop making proclamations regarding new political and security developments. “We appreciate you, we admire you. Now LEAVE US ALONE,” the video states.
The campaign focused on five former officials in particular, among them former Shin Bet head Carmi Gilon and former IDF Chief of Staff Amnon Lipkin-Shachak. The five have called to obtain Gilad Shalit's release “at any price.”
