Rebels in Libya announced Tuesday evening that they have conquered dictator Muammar Qaddafi's compound in Tripoli.
Previous rebel claims to have conquered Tripoli entirely were found to have been exaggerated. However, rebel forces have been making significant inroads in conquering the capital city.
