Yesha Council Chairman Danny Dayan demands the PM instruct MDA to cancel its agreement with the PA Red Crescent organization. The agreement relates to East Jerusalem, Judea and Samaria as territories “occupied” by Israel since 1967. The agreement gives the Red crescent sole rights to operate in these areas and prohibits MDA activity there.
MDA also made a commitment to the International Red Cross to not operate in these areas, and MDA has started removing its symbol from Ambulances serving Jewish towns in Judea and Samaria.
According to Dayan “This is just the tip of the iceberg. The agreement has far-reaching political implications and must be cancelled immediately.”
