Israel has decided to exercise restraint regarding terrorist missile fire from Gaza in order to avoid further deterioration in the region, according to a senior diplomatic source interviewed by Israel Defense Forces Radio on Tuesday.

The source said, "The entire Middle East is a boiling pot right now and any action by Israel could influence what happens in Egypt, Syria and Libya."
