The “Breeza” festival will take place in Ashkelon as scheduled, organizers and city officials said Monday. The festival, which features crafts, food, music, street theater, and other attractions, is scheduled to begin Monday. Organizers said that they got permission from police to go ahead with the event.
Police announced Monday that they were lifting all security warnings for the south, in the wake of the ceasefire between Israel and Hamas. A special permit is still needed for gatherings of 500 or more people.
