6 Years after an officer kicked right wing activist Michael Ben Gvir, the court ruled the the state will compensate him with 18,000 NIS.
Ben Gvir Spoke with Arutz 7 and described how he was thrown to the ground and kicked near the Temple Mount, and then accused of assaulting an officer. “Mabat 2000 photos showed the truth. I was completely non-resistant. The office was removed from the service and fined, and I filed a civil suit and got 18,000 NIS for those 3 kicks.”
