Amjad Awad, one of two Palestinian Authority teenagers accused of the brutal murder of five members of the Fogel family, was all smiles during a hearing in his case on Tuesday. Awad and his relative, Hakim Awad, have admitted to the slayings.
However, Amjad Awad's father said Tuesday that he remains unconvinced that his son is the murderer. He praised his son as a good student.
The two Awads are accused of stabbing to death five members of the Fogel family: Father Udi, mother Ruti, and children Yoav, 11, Elad, 4, and Hadas, three months.
